It was a busy two-day event as we combined our Operations and Digital Road Map review with Performance Recognition of our Leaders for the work done during the fiscal, April 2022 to Mar 2023.
A fulfilling financial year for InCHES has just passed by and the current fiscal promises to be even more exciting considering the long list of opportunities that is in front of us. Our focus will continue to be on Customer Centricity powered by; Agility, Adaptability and Flexibility. We have implemented number of initiatives to sustain Service Excellence during peak volume season and outside of it. Our Operational reviews are focussed on analysing the key metrices that are indicator of the vibrancy of our Delivery Organisation.
As a part of our Digital Road Map, we have key areas of focus built around, Advance Analytics, Workflow Engine, and other point Solutions for the operations.
Our focus on Human Capital continues as always …Developing the Leadership layer, focussing on Skills Development, further Enhancing Medical Domain capabilities and working around key drivers of Operational Excellence remains our critical areas for the People dimension.
The Board of Directors of InCHES continue to be actively engaged in the Strategic layer whilst empowering the organisation’s Leadership team to execute key actions for results … This model has worked well for the organisation.
