We had the entire organisation together in one location and all the planned
development interventions that will strengthen capabilities across multiple
dimensions began being implemented in a structured manner.
On Saturday, Sept 16th, at the InCHES Healthcare Operations Excellence it was wonderful sight throughout the day to observe what happens to “Team Creation, Working and Results “when Humility and a Neutralised Ego is in the DNA of the members … It was Sheer Magic.
Excellence in Thinking and Brilliance in Execution and Results with regards to all the themes on the table was the outcome… Flow of Energy was at the highest levels, Motivation was turbo charged and the Natural Inclination to Collaboration without thinking about personal gains was superb …!!
Team Work Needs Humility, a Neutralized Ego and Outstanding Leadership to becomes Operative and Sustained …. It was Brilliantly Displayed during the Workshop … How??
On the floor of the Workshop there were a large number of MBBS qualified resources, there were Medical Specialists, Doctors from different Streams of Medicine, Post Graduates in various streams of Science and there were other Graduates as well ..Many of them with extensive experience, some with little lesser experience and some freshers ..The Blending of all of them was sheer delight and absolutely inspiring for us …!! They were all going through the day like college students!! “Enjoying the company of one another, working for one and another and working towards being successful as a team instead of individual glory! “
The InCHES Healthcare Transformation journey which began couple of years back has already begun yielding rich dividends …. Plenty of work still to be done in the coming months as we relentlessly pursue 60 months dream across; People , Process , Performance and Cognitive Technologies.
