You know, as a patron in the industry for the for the last two and a half decades, I have seen Dr Asrani work with a lot of passion and a lot of integrity, consistently and relentlessly, trying and making efforts to make a difference. So I want to take this opportunity on the eve of customer centricity, which is a hallmark that each one of you represents. You know, Dr Satish, couple of other guys who work with us, with my team at Manipal Cigna, we are extremely grateful. And you know the quality of work that you guys deliver, and you know that it really comes from the passion and integrity so much of effort that Dr Asrani himself instils as an individual, many of us in the industries, where, by his name, when it comes to the quality and the kind of delivery from a customer centricity standpoint, be it you know, investigation, fraud and abuse control, be it, you know, clinical pathway, any kind of audits, any kind of assurance, you guys are one of the, you know, very few people that we recognize for the quality of work that you deliver. One of the biggest gaps that we see today in life insurance industry in India is the lack of trained professionals, qualified professionals, especially in the underwriting area. So if you if you see, what is the purpose of the underwriting that that we are doing, the purpose of underwriting is to, you know, of course, build a profitable Bucha business for the company, and not only build but also maintain their profitable Bucha business. And for that, there are so many evidence based processes that all of us are adopting, including telemers, including two barrage of medical tests, so on and so forth. But what we have realized, you know, life insurance industry privatization being more than 20 years now, over a period of time, there is a clear lack of no lack of trained underwriting professionals in this industry, for some reason, the talent does not seem to be we don't seem to be attracting good talent. And even after attracting, you know, many maintaining that talent, grooming that talent, seems to be a challenge. It's so refreshing to see that an organization, Dr Asrani and his team, which is health care limited, comes up and starts working in this area. I would not hesitate to say that the commendable work done by Dr Asrani and his team in the area of underwriting, risk management, teams, management, creating professionals for future is something all of us are extremely lucky to have, I think the Indian insurance industry, the risk management practices professionals, are very thankful to this team for thinking in this direction and working in this area. I wish this organization, which is a very good luck for future, and I look forward that in the coming years, with the use of technology and with use of other you know, you know, digital infrastructure, newer tools, inches and Dr Asrani will come up with more and more innovative solutions that will, you know, enhance the efficiency of the underwriting practices and the life insurance very catching in India.
